就業發展部簡化加州線上失業申請 您需要知道: 加州就業發展部推出了一個更方便的線上失業申請系統,減少了問題數量、簡化了專業用語,並提供更清晰的指引。 薩克拉門托 – 加州就業發展部 (EDD) 剛剛發佈了簡化版的線上失業保險申請流程,這標誌著加州福利系統現代化進程中的又一重要里程碑,進一步提升了客戶的使用體驗。 加州就業發展部總監Nancy Farias表示:「我們正在簡化加州的失業保險申請程序,以更好地服務客戶。新的線上申請系統不僅更容易理解,還加快了申請流程,使用戶享受更便捷的服務。」 失業保險計劃涉及眾多州和聯邦規定,因此被視為公眾福利計劃中較為複雜且容易引起混淆的一環。為了改善這一情況,就業發展部收集了用戶、員工和志願者的意見,以優化申請流程,提升用戶體驗,具體措施包括: 為專業術語添加簡單易懂的解釋; 澄清常見問題,解答申請人疑惑; 調整問題順序以改善整體體驗; 刪減部分問題,以精簡流程; 將多數開放式問題替換為更具體的選項。 例如,許多客戶對技術術語感到困惑,並錯誤地表示他們被「裁員」了,但可能是另有原因。這些不準確的答案導致付款延遲,因為 EDD 需要進一步核實資訊。 為解決這個問題,EDD 現在清晰地定義了離職原因的相關用語,幫助客戶正確選擇符合自身情況的選項。 EDD 也重新整理了申請流程,並修改了標題,以指導客戶完整填寫,確保獲取審核所需的所有資訊。此外,EDD 修改了一些較易引起混淆的問題,例如針對間歇性工作者的「您在哪個地方工作最久?」等問題,並將技術術語替換為更簡單明瞭的描述。   這些改進,加上其他優化措施,不僅幫助 EDD 更迅速地審核申請,還能縮短福利金的支付時間,加強客戶服務效率。 EDD在改善客戶體驗方面的工作努力配合 紐森州長關於公平和歧視的行政命令,並遵循州政府制定的簡明語言公平標準。簡明的語言指引不僅讓客戶更容易理解和完成 EDD 表格,還使翻譯成非英語語言的內容更加清晰易懂。 EDD 持續推行的簡明語言改進工作,建立在其成功提升加州八大常用語言社區的語言服務基礎之上。精簡後的線上申請系統現已翻譯為加州最常用的語言,包括英語、西班牙語、亞美尼亞語、簡體中文、繁體中文、韓語、他加祿語和越南語。EDD 還提供多語電話專線,讓客服人員能直接以這些語言服務客戶,並提供涵蓋數百種語言的免費翻譯服務及其他擴展的 語言資源,致力於消除語言障礙。 這些改進,以及未來的優化措施,都是 EDDNext 計劃的一部分,該計劃旨在透過現代化改進徹底重塑 EDD 的客戶與員工體驗。EDDNext 的範疇涵蓋 福利申請、聯絡中心、福利獲取流程、政策、程序和表格的全面更新,讓 EDD 服務變得 更加便捷快速。這些改進包括與 Amazon Web Services 和 Salesforce 等客戶服務專家合作,以確保 EDDNext 具有前瞻性並採用最佳技術。
