Crossings TV COVID-19 Response
Dear Viewers and Partners,
I’m sending this letter during this difficult time, as the spread of Novel
Coronavirus (Covid-19) is impacting our communities.
Crossings TV has implemented protective measures to set up its employees for working remotely. We want to assure you that we will continue broadcasting Asian language programs in all markets, as well as providing services to our partners and clients.
A special in-language Covid-19 page has been launched on our website. This digital hub consolidates of the latest news and resources in 7 Asian languages (besides English) from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local governments, and other health organizations. Television spots are running throughout the day to inform our viewers about it. This information portal can be accessed on both computer and mobile devices at www.crossingstv.com/covid19.
Meanwhile, Crossings TV is also donating an increased amount of airtime for Covid-19 related public service announcements (PSAs). We hope these free PSA spots can help our government and community- based partners deliver their messages to the hard-to-reach audiences. PSAs can be submitted to PSA@crossingstv.com.
Additionally, we understand and deeply empathize with interruptions and uncertainty that you and your organizations are experiencing. Please don’t hesitate to contact us. Let us know what we can offer to assist, or any changes that we can help accommodate.
Finally, in light of the anti-Asian sentiment following this outbreak, Crossings TV will be looking to support or participate in antidiscrimination efforts, such as #WashTheHate campaign. For us to all be in this together, we must be together in this.
Please, stay strong and stay safe!
