General Contest Rules

Premise:

- Viewers are encouraged to submit entry via phone during on-air giveaways; on-air spots may also direct viewers to our website (www.crossingstv.com) to enter the contest, where there will be additional ways to enter.

- Contests are only active during the time of which the giveaway commercial spots are aired and 5 minutes after.

- The winner will be the first caller who calls immediately during or within the 5 minutes of giveaway commercial spot.

Rules of Entries for phone entries:

- Phone entry must be received during, or within 5 minutes after the airing, of the commercial spot which signals the callers to “call now”. Contest is no longer active and all callers who have called after those 5 minutes will no longer eligible.

- Contestant must dial (888) 430-7678. Contestants must speak clearly and leave full name, phone number, address, and age for the entry to be eligible. Answer any questions the contest hotline might inquire in regards to programming as well as viewer information. If the current contest does not utilize our contest line, callers that call that number are not considered to be entering the contest and that attempt by telephone will not be considered a valid entry.

Rules of Eligibility:

- By FCC regulations, Crossings TV have the right to strip any contest winner of his or her prize if any one of the guidelines is violated:

- Any duplicate winner within the 90 day period: Meaning any participated contest winner within the 90 period have already claimed and received a prize, cannot be admitted for another contest within the 90 day period since his or her initial contest win.

- One entry per person, duplicates and entries are discarded.

- Must be over 18 to enter unless otherwise specified in the specific contest rules for that contest.

- Must be a resident of California, void where prohibited.

- One entry per household, duplicates and entries with the same household address shall be discarded

- Rules are available on CROSSINGS TV’s website and also kept at the station located at: Crossings TV, 2030 West El Camino Ave., Suite #263, Sacramento, CA 95833

- CROSSINGS TV employees, advertisers, sponsors, reps, agents, directors and their families are ineligible to enter.

- Odds of winning depend upon number of entries

- Taxes responsibility of winners

- Winners to be notified by phone and/or email

- Winners may be required to show proof of identity and residence.

- Winners agree that in order for prize to be awarded, CROSSINGS TV may use their name and likeness in promotions. Winners are required to sign a waiver for such use.

CROSSINGS TV reserves the right to strip any winners of his her prize under any condition anytime and without notice.

Disney On Ice Contest Rules

Premise:

Crossings TV Website Giveaway Rules:

- Individuals may enter the contest by email or United States postal mail. Other method of paper letter delivery will qualify as well.
- Tickets will be mailed to the winners.

Rules of Eligibility:

- Must be a resident of California, void where prohibited.
- Must be over 18 to enter.
- Contest starts on January 29, 2011 and ends on February 7, 2011 at 5 p.m. PST.
- One entry per household, duplicates and entries with the same household address shall be considered to be one (1) entry only.
- Winners of any Crossings TV contest in the past 90 days are ineligible.

General Contest Rules:

- Tickets are non-refundable and do not have a cash value.
- Tickets do not include parking, food, rides or other ticket costs.
- Crossings TV is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
- Crossings TV is not responsible for any restrictions or rules that Disney On Ice presents Let’s Celebrate!, the Stockton Arena, or ARCO Arena enforces.
- Crossings TV is not responsible for closed days, as a result of weather, emergency or any other unforeseen events at Disney On Ice presents Let’s Celebrate!
- Crossings TV employees, advertisers, sponsors, reps, agents, directors and their families are ineligible to enter.
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- Odds of winning depend upon number of entries.
- Taxes responsibility of winners.
- Tickets will be mailed to the winners on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, once the winners have been contacted and eligibility has been verified. Crossings TV is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
- Winners may be required to show proof of identity and residence (A Valid California Driver’s License, or a California State I.D or U.S. Passport).
- By entering, contestant agrees to be bound by the contest rules and if drawn as a winner, agrees to have their name and location announced on air and/or in print.
- Winners agree that Crossings TV may use their name and likeness in promotions and winners are required to sign a wavier for such use.

Happy Spring Festival Contest Rules

Premise:

Crossings TV Phone-in Giveaway Rules:

- Individuals may enter the contest by calling (888) 430-7678 and leaving a message stating their desire to be a contestant.
- Tickets will be mailed to the winners.

Rules of Eligibility:

- Must be a resident of California, void where prohibited.
- Must be over 18 to enter.
- Contest starts on January 29, 2011 and ends on February 17, 2011 at 5 p.m. PST or when supplies are exhausted.
- One entry per household, duplicates and entries with the same household address shall be considered to be one (1) entry only.
- Winners of any Crossings TV contest in the past 90 days are ineligible.
