SCOE’s 2026 Hiring Fair creates a direct pathway to connect qualified candidates with meaningful, stable careers in public education. The event supports regional workforce mobility, strengthens the local educator pipeline, and ensures students have access to the teachers, para-educators, and support professionals they need to succeed.
The Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) will host its 2026 Hiring Fair on March 14, offering an opportunity for individuals interested in supporting local students to explore a wide range of education careers across the region. The free event will take place from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. at SCOE’s David P. Meaney Education Center in Mather.
SCOE is recruiting for multiple positions, including teachers, para-educators, substitute teachers and para-educators, and other school-based and support roles.
Representatives will be available to answer questions, discuss job requirements, and provide information about career pathways. Attendees can learn about openings, meet with education leaders, and participate in on-site interviews. Candidates are encouraged to register in advance.
