超過 180 萬名的 PG&E 客戶，已自動登記加入這項全新的州計畫，只要節約能源就能獲得獎勵 【加州屋崙訊 】隨著本月推出了全新的Power Saver Rewards Program後，太平洋煤電公司（PG&E）的客戶在十月底前，只要在特定炎熱日子裡節約能源，就會獲得獎勵。 這是免費且自願參加的計畫，而且這個月已經有 180 萬名客戶登記加入。我們鼓勵其他人也一起加入。目標很簡單：在炎熱的日子節約能源，降低對加州電網的壓力。「Power Saver Rewards Program 確實是兩全其美的好計畫，因為客戶在炎熱日子節約能源的話就能獲得財務獎勵，同時還能降低對電網的需求壓力，確保持續供電的可靠性，還能讓空氣變得較乾淨。即使沒有節約能源，也不會增加成本或受到處罰，而只是多了降低用量就能獲得獎勵的好機會。如此意味著，客戶在加入計畫後，就只會省錢而已，絕不會因此需要付更多錢。」PG&E 業務開發與客戶互動副總裁 Aaron August 說道。在 5 月 1 日到 10 月 31 日間，當加州的電網營運公司加州電力調度中心（California Independent System Operator）發布能源緊急事件警示注意（Energy Emergency Alert Watch）及/或節電警示（Flex Alert）時，就會觸發 Power Saver Rewards 事件日。PG&E 會在事件日的前一日發出電子郵件或簡訊通知，提醒客戶降低能源用量的時間。客戶如在特定炎熱日子的下午 4 點到 9 點期間節約用電的話，就會在本計畫季節結束後，獲得帳單的減免額度。減免額度會取決於客戶節省了多少用電。客戶在事件期間降低用電量，每千瓦小時（kWh）[1]會獲得 2 美元的年度帳單減免額度。這項計畫是由 California Public Utilites Commision 所推動，目的在鼓勵大家降低對電網的整體壓力，並避免發電廠需要使用石化燃料。客戶可透過把恆溫器調到 78 度或更高（健康狀況允許下）、關閉未使用的電燈、拔除電動車插頭、以及在電網需求高峰期過後再使用洗衣機、乾衣機及電烤箱等大型家電等作法，暫時降低能源用量。 擁有 SmartMeter 的 PG&E 電力客戶，如未登記加入相互排斥的尖峰時刻計畫者，即符合加入本計畫的資格。已加入社區電力整合方案（Community Choice …
