Sacramento, Calif., (3/23/23)– The 2023 Sacramento County Fair is now accepting applications for entertainers of all ages interested in performing at the 2023 Sacramento County Fair! This is your chance to get discovered! Please note that entertainers perform without compensation.
The submission of electronic press or promotional kits with your application is highly encouraged, but they are not required. Your packet could include the following: documentation citing past awards or recognition, letters of recommendation, a listing of public appearances, video or audio sample of your performance and website information.
Acceptable entertainment for the Sacramento County Fair is family-oriented and must be appropriate for all ages.
The Entertainment Application can be found on www.sacfair.com. The deadline for applications is April 9th, 2023. Completed applications must be sent vie email to: info@sacfair.com.
Tickets for the Fair and premium Arena Events will be available for purchase online at www.sacfair.com or at the Sacramento County Fair office. Adult tickets are only $12, kids 12-17 are $10, and children under 12 are FREE every day of the fair! Join over 100,000 guests and experience more than 30 carnival rides, dozens of free exhibits, musical guests, and activities, Thursday thru Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-29, 2023. Established in 1937, the Sacramento County Fair is dedicated to the safe and fun education of the greater Sacramento community and its youth in agriculture, business, and technology. A value-driven family event, Fair guests have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, traditional county fair competitions, agricultural displays, hands-on family activities, carnival, specialty food and festival-style entertainment. Close to 10,000 school children take advantage of free educational school tours and over 5,000 compete for awards in the livestock and competitive exhibit programs. Kids under 12 enjoy free admission every day at the Fair. The 2023 Fair will be bigger and better than ever with the expanded theme of “Where Tradition Meets Tomorrow.”
