聯邦健康與民眾服務部長Xavier Becerra啟動2022年全國公開登記期間 Affordable Care Act（可負擔照護法案）市場的公開登記期間於11月1日啟動，數以百萬計的美國民眾將符合條件領取高於以往任何時期的財務補助。以Affordable Care Act為基礎，更為豐厚的財務補助減輕保戶2022年全年的保費負擔，甚至有可能通過研議中的Build Back Better計劃將優惠延長至2025年，讓數以百萬計的美國民眾不僅能夠取得，而且得以持續享受健康保險的保障。儘管加州已經將無健保民眾的比例降到空前新低，估計仍有110萬名符合財務補助條件的民眾沒有健康保險，其中絕大多數可以通過Covered California或加州醫療補助白卡保險計劃（Medi-Cal）取得免費保險。在新的補助措施推出後，數十萬中等收入民眾 – 包括無保險和直接向健康保險公司購買保險者- 現在只要通過Covered California登記入保，每年就可以節省數千元保費。Covered California同時在全州各地推出新版宣傳廣告，鼓勵民眾登入CoveredCA.com查看一下他們有哪些選擇，了解如何通過已開始實施的最新財務補助辦法受益。 …
