Emergency SNAP Benefits End on Mar. 1

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s (SNAP) emergency allotments that began at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 officially end today, Mar. 1, 2023.  The emergency allotment was a temporary increase in benefits intended to address food insecurity brought on by COVID-19.
