Position Description
We’re seeking a Junior Advertising Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Working remotely under the guidance of a Senior Account Executive (your “team lead”). The Junior Account Executive is expected to perform all duties required by the sales process, from lead generation to post-reporting. The ideal candidate for this role:

Core Responsibilities.
- Actively and consistently generate new leads in alignment with established sales strategies
- Conduct cold calling and lead qualification
- Research leads, prospects, and clients to support outreach and engagement
- Assist in the creation of media proposals
- Participate in rate negotiations and manage client relationships
- Prepare presentations, post-campaign reports, and coordinate sales-related projects
- Collect outstanding account balances
- Collaborate with your Senior Account Executive to develop and refine sales approaches that support revenue goals
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a disciplined self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work collaboratively inside the company and with clients
- Must be comfortable working in a team setting as well as independently
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success
- Experience in media (television, radio, print, digital) and/or advertising.
- Knowledge of Nielsen ratings and/or other measurement tools.
- Experience with or knowledge of the Asian-American community.
Eligibility Requirements
- This is a 100% remote position.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
