Binny Tran – Senior Executive Casino Host
Binny Tran is a Senior Executive Casino Host at Pechanga Resort Casino and has worked at the largest casino/resort property on the west coast since 2010. He loves his coworkers and management team and their understanding and support for Binny’s professional and personal life. With 20 years of experience in the casino industry, Binny is one of the most knowledgeable casino veterans you’ll find. Binny began his casino career as a Cage Cashier. He then moved on to dealing Blackjack, Pai Gow and other table games, and later became a Table Games Floor Supervisor.
At Pechanga, he started as a Casino Host and grew into his current senior position through dedication and hard work. Prior to the casino industry, Binny was a case worker in the juvenile delinquency court system. His brother was simultaneously teaching him to become a card dealer, leading him toward the casino industry.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at San Diego State University and speaks fluent English and Vietnamese. When Binny is not hard at work at Pechanga, he is spending time with his family, most likely at the beach or the park with his daughter.
LeHanh Tran – Executive Casino Host
LeHanh Tran is an Executive Casino Host at Pechanga Resort Casino and began her casino career with Pechanga in 2013. LeHanh was originally hired on as a Guest Service Representative at the hotel front desk. Soon after, she transferred to Casino VIP Marketing. She worked her way up in the Casino Marketing team from VIP Host, to Casino Host and then finally to Executive Casino Host. LeHanh loves that at Pechanga, she is encouraged to strive for more opportunities when it comes to advancing her career. She has learned that working as a team is always better than working individually. Prior to Pechanga, she worked in retail and computer repairs.
LeHanh is fluent in English and Vietnamese. When she is not at Pechanga, she enjoys watching baseball, basketball and football. She has a spoiled Frenchie named Reddington and spends a lot of time outdoors hiking, running or camping.
