Fresno, CA – Fresno Housing will host a ribbon cutting and community celebration for Heritage Estates, a transformational homeownership development in Southwest Fresno delivering 33 new single-family homes designed to help working families build stability and generational wealth. The event will showcase a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for income-qualified first-time homebuyers, made possible through multiple layers of down payment and mortgage assistance.
Heritage Estates is a new single-family homeownership community with homes reserved for first-time buyers at 50–80% of Area Median Income (AMI), plus three market-rate homes in a mixed-income neighborhood. The program will feature remarks from local leaders, recognition of partners, a new homeowner key presentation, and guided home tours.
