MetroPCS Phone Giveaway General Contest
Rules

Contest starts on February 13, 2010
at 10:00am and ends on June 30, 2010 at 6:00pm
-
Winner will be drawn on July 1, 2010 at 3:00 pm and notified
on July 2, 2010 via phone or e-mail.

One winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries.

One winner will receive a MetroPCS cell phone ($150 maximum
retail value) with 6 months free service. Total value including service will
be a minimum of $400.

Prize will be awarded in the form of a certificate, which
will be redeemed through the MetroPCS Regional Office.

You may enter the MetroPCS Phone Giveaway in any of the
following ways:

Fill out an entry form at events that Crossings TV
participates in.

Send an email to
contests@crossingstv.com with your name, phone number (area code
included), date of birth and complete address. Entries must include
“MetroPCS Phone Giveaway” in e-mail subject line. Limit one (1) email
entry per person.

Hand printing your name, complete address, phone number
(area code included) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a

postcard or paper in an envelope with proper postage affixed to

not containing all of the required information will be discarded
without notice.
Mail-in entries
must be postmarked by June 30, 2010. Limit one (1) per person.

Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Employees of Crossings TV/Tower of Babel, LLC (hereafter
referred to as “Station”), MetroPCS and its affiliates, its advertising
agencies, employees of other wireless service providers and members of their
immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term
“immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings,
children and grandchildren.

All winners are solely responsible for the reporting and
payment of any and all applicable taxes.

MetroPCS and Station disclaims any responsibility for
contacting qualified contestants due to telephone operations beyond our
control, including but not limited to busy lines, disconnected services, and
faulty message machines.

MetroPCS and Station disclaims any responsibility for the
inability to complete registration by phone or mail due to equipment
malfunction, busy lines, lost or misplaced mail, acts of God or otherwise.

MetroPCS and Station disclaims any responsibility to notify
qualified contestants of the final selection date and location when such
announcements have been made on the air.

By entering, qualified contestants give MetroPCS and Station
exclusive permission to use their names, photographs, voices or likeness in
connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to
royalty, right or remuneration for such use. Such qualified contestants also
waive any and all claims of liability against Station and MetroPCS, their
affiliates, and their respective employees and agents for any personal
injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from use
of the prize.

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution for
prizes will be allowed. In the event a winner chooses not to accept the
prize, they forfeit all claims to the prize.

Void where prohibited by law.

Winning and/or qualification are restricted to one time
only. One entry per person.

MetroPCS and Station reserve the right to establish
additional contest rules, or delete them at any time. These additions and
deletions are subject to the discretion of Station and MetroPCS.

Any violation of the above contest rules or any addendum to
such rules will result in immediate disqualification, and no prize will be
awarded to disqualified contestant.
