The Federal Communications Commission’s top consumer guides are now available in Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Tagalog to better serve Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. Developed at the suggestion of several AAPI advocacy groups, these translated materials are provided to help consumers understand their rights and protections under telecommunications laws and FCC policies.
Consumer guides address topics that range from understanding your phone bill to stopping unwanted calls, and from wireless technologies to frauds, scams and alerts. They are available on FCC.gov via the following links:
소비자 안내서 (Korean)
Người tiêu dùng Hướng dẫn (Vietnamese)
Consumer Mga Gabay (Tagalog)
